Excellent home base for exploring Tbilisi. Small hotel in a calm area of Tbilisi. Favourable and quiet position: 5 minutes' walk to the metro. Neat rooms with 3 beds, helpful staff.

Our stay in this hotel was simply amazing. The location was great, with fast access to the city center thanks to the Isani metro station nearby. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with very good water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, freshly made and included homemade dishes. The shared kitchen and laundry service were very convenient, making our stay even more comfortable.

One of the best aspects of my stay was the friendly and accommodating staff who provided excellent customer service. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the fact that the hotel provided complementary water bottles and a well-stocked tea station in the room. the hotel is also located in a quiet area, while still remaining close to the subway station, making it easy to get around without being in the heart of the city.

One of the worst aspects was the poor breakfast selection that seemed to run out quickly. the amenities in the room were lacking, with no tea spoons or other important items.
